Voyage en Afrique du Sud

Chers suiveurs de Milke
Ça y est, c’est reparti !

Yes !! after a stunning warm and long summer in CH and neighbouring countries we are off again 🙂
And this time all the way south to South Africa !!
A new continent, new cultures, new plants, new animals!
We can’t wait to get on our flight to Cape Town, where we will join our Azalaï 🙂

On Sept 17, together with the Jeep from Pierre and Alice our Azalaï was loaded very professionally into a container in Basel. From here the container went down the Rhein to Rotterdam where it was transferred to a big cargo ship.
Arrival in Cape Town is estimated for October 20 !

The plan is to spend 90 days in South Africa (limit of our visa) and then put the Azalaï into storage in Windhoek, the capital of Namibia from where we will take our flight back to CH on Jan 16.

We have already booked our flight back to Windhoek for May 1st where we will continue our trip through Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya etc 🙂 🙂 🙂

Well, we are off to catch our flight!
See you in about one Month for our first travel report from AFRICA!

Amitiés de Milke
